We have in house facilities for printing mounting die cutting for a variety of point of sale boards showcards etc from 1 off to many thousands.

Printing Showcards

• Short Runs Over A3 Showcards size are printed on our Epson 10000CF inkjet Printer which produces High Quality 1400DPI Images with Vibrant colourfast ink.
• Runs under A3 size are normally printed on a Xerox Digital Colour Press.
• Longer runs are printed Litho.
• For extra large showcards e.g. life-size figures we can print on our Solvent printer up to 1600mm wide.
  

Mounting and Laminating

• We have a 1600mm wide Laminator for applying heat seal or Self adhesive laminates.
• 800mm wide for encapsulating in thick film for Exhibition and Display posters and for single and double sided lamination onto the digital prints.
• Mounting using self adhesive for digitally produced Prints Wet Glue mounting for showcards and other small display material and longer runs.
• We also have a range of leaflet dispensers and can place leaflet dispensers pockets onto the front of our showcards (Extra Charge)

Cutting to Shape

• We have standard cutters for A5 A4 and A3 size showcards with rounded corners to help stop dog eared corners
• Also the facility to Diecut shaped items on a number of machines
• Digital CAD Plotter for 1 off and very short runs of showcards and POS material, stands and displays
• Automatic platen for longer runs
• Hand fed Platen for images up to 1200 x 800mm
• Roller Cutting Press capable of cutting corrugated display up to 1.2 mtrs wide almost any length

Colour Showcards A5 A4 A3 Sizes
	All showcards printed with digital image onto 200 Gm Paper and Mounted onto 1.5mm thick unlined Greyboard with a Grey Back. Print Is Gloss OR Matt Laminated and trimmed Flush on the 4 edges Single Lock Rudder Strut is applied to Back of Card, Items packed in Boxes for despatch Rounder Corners as show in picture are available as an extra option, and also special shapes within the standard sizes are available for extra cost of cutter and Die-cutting A5 Showcard size 149mm x 210mm A4 Showcard size 210mm x 297mm A3 Showcard size 297mm x 420mm

	The showcards are made from 1.5mm thick board. Single Lock Rudder Strut is applied to Back of Card. Front of the showcard has a self adhesive layer for you to stick your print A5 Showcard size 149mm x 210mm A4 Showcard size 210mm x 297mm A3 Show card size 297mm x 420mm
