A Pizza Style box is generally produced from E or B Flute card, and it is named because the majority of Pizza take away boxes use this type of packaging.

This box is litho printed and laminated onto corrugated board. It can be printed in spot colours or CMYK and UV Varnished. Then it will be die cut and supplied flat.
The insert is die cut and creased and when folded allows the item to be clipped into the card and inserted in the pack.

We can make this style of box either from plain white or brown corrugated in a variety of flute types. The board is made to order and is very strong for its weight.

| Rigid Boxes |

For Rigid boxes we print a thin paper liner, this is then glued all over the face of a card lid and tray. The trays or lids are made of stout one sided white lined chipboard approx 1mm thick, the grey reverse side is actually the outside which has the paper liner glued to it. The Main use for this type of box is for games and high quality items which need to be re-used. There is one slight drawback with this type of box, they come ready assembled, so can take up a lot of space as they don't nest.
