Comprises White plain corrugated pizza style box and insert which are both made out of plain E Flute board.

The sleeve, the insert which fits into the tray and the insert which can fit into the CD space are normally printed on 350 - 400 micron Card.

For very short runs of up to 500 we can digitally print onto a 250 gm one side coated board and gloss laminate then diecut, crease and glue.

Insert will hold 1 CD and also a software dongle if required.

All components are supplied flat for client to assemble but can, if required, be assembled or even packed with your product.

This box is probably the standard most common format for Computer Software, particularly that which is sold through retail outlets. The dimensions are 200mm wide, 35mm deep and 240mm high, it has been printed on 500 micron white lined chipboard (Grey backed recycled board) the cartons are glued by us and supplied flat for you to pop up and fill. The material is ½ a mm thick solid board and intended to give a high perceived value quality look to your package, however if you are not going to fill the carton fully or you are going to just supply say a CD then you will probably need a corrugated insert to add strength to the finished product.

The sleeve was printed 4 colour and varnished it also had a blind-embossed shape on the front face to raise the image of the plane.
